Our Story

About Dwelqora

A thread of trust. A thread of communication. A thread of accountability. When that thread becomes strained, Dwelqora helps reconnect people through evidence, structured conversations and practical solutions.

Our Mission

To help people navigate housing disputes through fairness, evidence, communication, and resolution.

Our Vision

To become South Africa's most trusted housing advocacy and mediation platform.

Founder

Chelley Heyneke

An experienced operations and service delivery leader, Chelley founded Dwelqora to bring a calm, evidence-based approach to rental housing disputes, helping people move from conflict and uncertainty towards clarity and resolution.

The inspiration for Dwelqora grew from multiple personal experiences with rental and property-related challenges over the years. Each experience highlighted a recurring problem: when something goes wrong, people often don't know what their rights are, where to turn for help, or how to challenge a situation they believe is unfair.

Navigating complex correspondence, gathering evidence and trying to understand who is responsible can quickly become overwhelming, particularly when one party has more knowledge or experience of the process than the other.

Those experiences sparked the idea for Dwelqora: a place where people can find practical guidance, understand their options, organise the facts and feel better equipped to advocate for a fair outcome.

Dwelqora is built on a simple belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to be heard, to understand where they stand, and to approach a housing dispute with clarity and confidence.
